Are you so sad that we’re on the final episode of my “No Break” series? Well…have no fear, just because it’s the end of THIS series doesn’t mean we won’t have many more episodes to come! So, stay tuned for more workouts and fun, fun, fun!

But, let’s not get ahead of ourselves because we have ONE MORE WORKOUT left in this series and you are going to loooooooove it. I know how much you love, love, love your box workouts, so of course, I wanted to coach you through a 15-minutes hardcore, sweaty, fist punchin’, leg kickin’, heart-pumpin’ workout!

We’re moving on to Workout #3 in my “No Break Series” with this super fun cardio workout. Yuppers, this week it’s all about CARDIO! Oh yes! You’ll be dripping with sweat, your heart rate will be up, up , up and your metabolism will be boosted long after you’ve finished this workout…if you push yourself! 

So grab your headphones, a sweat towel and your water bottle as I coach you through this wicked 15-minute cardio sweat sesh. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry (maybe) and we’ll sweat together during this no break workout! You’re going to LURVE it! And hey…if you’ve got energy to burn, why not run through the podcast twice for a bombass 30-minute sesh?! Hmmmmm?! How ’bout it!

013 – Workout Episode – OHM’s Fav with Body Weight Exercises

Join me as I talk you through my ABSOLUTE favorite workout ever in the history of all workouts. I do this workout at least 3 times per week and although I typically hop on a piece of weight-bearing cardio equipment (e.g. treadmill), many of you have asked for this workout using body weight exercises so you can get it done at home!

Your wish? My command. Here you go!

You’ll need to be familiar with the following exercises before you start this podcast, so have a quick watch of these how-to videos, then grab your earphones, your phone, your sweat towel and your water bottle and settle in for the best 22 minute workout EVER. 

Pushups

Squats (some of you will want to add a jump in here…so DO IT!)

High knees – pretty much just running on the spot, but lifting your knees up high and pumping your arms!

Burpees

Fast Feet

Upper Body Burn: Your Latest Most Favorite Upper Body Workout

I love to ask what it is that you all want when it comes to the workouts I design and I heard you loud and clear last month when you said “UPPER BODY, PLEASE!”. So, I created this Upper Body Burn Workout just for YOU! 

Here what you need:

Yourself (obvi)
Set of light, medium and heavier weights
A mat or somewhere comfy to lie down
Water bottle
Willpower

The goal? Get you stronger! 

The Workout:

15 exercises
90 seconds of work
30 seconds to transition to the next exercise
= 30-minute workout

Rumor has it that y’all are loving the box workouts! I’ve had numerous requests for another box workout podcast and you know how I love to make you happy! So, here you go! Woop!

This is a 20-minute workout podcast that can easily be made into a 40-minute workout simply by, well, doing the podcast twice! 

Lots of box moves, lots of sweat and oh so much fun!

Here’s a quick video that demonstrates all of the exercises you need to know how to do in order to complete the podcast workout, so be sure to watch this short (it’s one minute) video and then plug me into your ears and let’s get sweaty and fit together, shall we?
