Linds is a PhD, fitness fanatic, lover of her kids, peanut butter cups, burpees and wine.

Who I am, and why I want to help you succeed.

Fitness has been a part of my life since I was about 4 years old. I remember going to classes with my Mom while she led “her ladies” as an aerobics instructor. I’ve grown a little since I was a kiddo and now hold a PhD in Exercise Physiology, founded a successful fitness business for postpartum Mamas, and still love fitness with all I am.

My goal is to help you sift through all the fitness information, programs and plans out there and find a plan and strategy for you to help you either get moving or help you achieve the fitness goals you’ve set for yourself.

Whether you’re a good fit for one of my online programs or we direct you to a different plan, I know we’ll discover the best way forward for you. I love working with individuals and truly want to get to know and help you.
