Are you so sad that we’re on the final episode of my “No Break” series? Well…have no fear, just because it’s the end of THIS series doesn’t mean we won’t have many more episodes to come! So, stay tuned for more workouts and fun, fun, fun!

But, let’s not get ahead of ourselves because we have ONE MORE WORKOUT left in this series and you are going to loooooooove it. I know how much you love, love, love your box workouts, so of course, I wanted to coach you through a 15-minutes hardcore, sweaty, fist punchin’, leg kickin’, heart-pumpin’ workout!

You didn’t think I’d forget about the importance of core work in my “No Break” series, did you?! Heck no! It’s time to grab your earbuds and water bottle and hit your mat as I coach you through this 15-minute core workout. Oh, the fun we will have together! 

15 exercises, 1-minute per exercise, no breaks.

Happy, happy, joy, joy! Oh, and perhaps some abdominal muscle burn. You’ll thank you later.

We’re moving on to Workout #3 in my “No Break Series” with this super fun cardio workout. Yuppers, this week it’s all about CARDIO! Oh yes! You’ll be dripping with sweat, your heart rate will be up, up , up and your metabolism will be boosted long after you’ve finished this workout…if you push yourself! 

So grab your headphones, a sweat towel and your water bottle as I coach you through this wicked 15-minute cardio sweat sesh. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry (maybe) and we’ll sweat together during this no break workout! You’re going to LURVE it! And hey…if you’ve got energy to burn, why not run through the podcast twice for a bombass 30-minute sesh?! Hmmmmm?! How ’bout it!

Welcome back to my “No Break” 5-part series! Today’s podcast is all about your lower body. Think booty, quads, hamstrings, calves…oh yeah, baby, we’re going to hit ’em all! 15 minutes is all it’s going to take. BUT…if you’re really not feeling it after the 15 minutes…do it again for a 30-minute lower body workout! BOOM!

Don’t be afraid to grab some weights for added resistance and work! Or…some days your body weight is all you need!
