Oh…it’s happening, party people! We’re about to embark on a week-long challenge. The next 7 episodes will be 5-minute workouts for your sweating pleasure. Simply do one 5-minute workout OR string them together so that at the end of the week you have a killer 35-minute full-body workout!

You choose.

Fun! Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! #amiright

Today’s workout is all cardio, baby! Listen along as I explain the workout and talk you through it! It’s just 5 exercises for 5 minutes. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You got this!

Here’s the workout:

Set a timer for 5-minutes (if you’re choosing to do this without my sweet voice in your ear and repeat the list of exercises for the entire 5 minutes. Try to get through as many rounds as possible!

Haaaaaaaaay! Woop! Go on with your bad self and get this one done! You can do it! 5 minutes. That’s all it’s going to take!

Well my, my, my…look at us go! We’re on the fifth and final workout of my 30x30x3 workout series and we’re going to box our way to the end! Welcome to your at-home box workout where I get to coach you through 15-minutes of pure sweat, cardio and muscular strength exercises.

It. Is. Going. To. Be. So. Much. Fun! 

So grab your phone, your earbuds, a sweat towel and your running shoes and let’s get to work! I’ll coach you through all your timings, your rest intervals and remind you of proper form. YOU…you just listen and work. That’s your job.

Without further adieu…Workout #4 in my 30x30x3 Workout Series. It’s time to get your core workout on, my lovely! Oh yes! CORE!

We’ve hit your upper body, your lower body, even your CARDIO…but today…TODAY we hit your core! Join me as a coach you through this 12-minute core workout. You’ll sweat, you’ll moan, you’ll groan…and then you’ll be done and feeling mighty proud of yourself! If you have more than 12 minutes and you’re looking for a more thorough workout (i.e. not just your core), might I suggest you thread workouts 1, 2, 3 and 4 together for an incredible 48-minute workout?

Welcome to workout #2 in my latest 30x30x3 workout series! Today is all about the base, ’bout the base, no treble. Yup, you got it! We’re firing up those glutes and hammies and targeting your lower body in this 12-minute lower body workout! Woop! 

4 blocks of exercises. 2 exercises per block. 30 seconds per exercise, repeated 3 times. Sounds fun, doesn’t it?!

Grab your headphones, your weights, your water bottle and your phone and let’s get this party started!
