We’ve hit your upper body, your lower body, even your CARDIO…but today…TODAY we hit your core! Join me as a coach you through this 12-minute core workout. You’ll sweat, you’ll moan, you’ll groan…and then you’ll be done and feeling mighty proud of yourself! If you have more than 12 minutes and you’re looking for a more thorough workout (i.e. not just your core), might I suggest you thread workouts 1, 2, 3 and 4 together for an incredible 48-minute workout?
