030 – Workout Episode: 5 & Thrive Fitness Challenge – Day 1

Oh…it’s happening, party people! We’re about to embark on a week-long challenge. The next 7 episodes will be 5-minute workouts for your sweating pleasure. Simply do one 5-minute workout OR string them together so that at the end of the week you have a killer 35-minute full-body workout!

You choose.

Fun! Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! #amiright

Today’s workout is all cardio, baby! Listen along as I explain the workout and talk you through it! It’s just 5 exercises for 5 minutes. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You got this!

Here’s the workout:

Set a timer for 5-minutes (if you’re choosing to do this without my sweet voice in your ear and repeat the list of exercises for the entire 5 minutes. Try to get through as many rounds as possible!

Haaaaaaaaay! Woop! Go on with your bad self and get this one done! You can do it! 5 minutes. That’s all it’s going to take!

Are you so sad that we’re on the final episode of my “No Break” series? Well…have no fear, just because it’s the end of THIS series doesn’t mean we won’t have many more episodes to come! So, stay tuned for more workouts and fun, fun, fun!

But, let’s not get ahead of ourselves because we have ONE MORE WORKOUT left in this series and you are going to loooooooove it. I know how much you love, love, love your box workouts, so of course, I wanted to coach you through a 15-minutes hardcore, sweaty, fist punchin’, leg kickin’, heart-pumpin’ workout!

Apparently you’re all jonesing for a workout with no cardio! What the what?! No cardio?! OKIE DOKIE, now THAT I can get into! Join me in today’s Upper Body Burn workout. No cardio?! Oh yeah, baby…this podcast is all about your upper body! 

What do you need? A set of weight, your water bottle, a timer and the will to get stronger! Join me for a good time! We’ll laugh, we’ll cry (no we won’t), we’ll sweat and we’ll shake. Most importantly, you can do this at home and get your strength workout done in 30 minutes! WAHOOO!!
