Ask and ye shall receive! I’ve been asked repeatedly to do another workout episode, so here’s the latest and greatest. But not really…because all the workout podcasts are fun and challenging, non?! Today’s workout is about 25 minutes long and is full of super fun tabata blocks! YAY! So, grab your water bottle, tie up your sneakers and join me in this fabulous HIIT workout.
