Oh oh ooooooooh! I love a good cardio workout! Wanna know what I love EVEN MORE?! Combining cardio with my favorite exercise…pushups! YAYAYAY! And that is exactly what you’ll get with this 18-minute workout. You can rock this workout at home, at a park, at the gym…wherever your little heart desires…it’s yours to take wherever you want to get your sweat on!
12 cardio exercises + 4 pushup variations
Complete one cardio exercise for 40 seconds
Move to the first pushup variation and complete it for 30 seconds
Break for 20 seconds
Move on to cardio exercise #2 for 40, then pushup variation #2 for 30, break for 20
Move on to cardio exercise #3…and so on.
When you’ve gone through the 4 pushup variations, just repeat starting at pushup variation #1.
Voila! Got it?!
