032 – Week-long Fitness Challenge: Five & Thrive – Day 3

Alright! Still with me?! I sure hope so! Today we’re moving onto Day 3 of my 5 & Thrive fitness challenge! YAY!

And today, my lovelies, is all about boxing. I get request after request for more boxing workouts, so how could I not include a 5-minute box workout for all you badasses out there?!

Remember that there are numerous ways for you to follow along. You can click the little triangular “play” button above and hear my sweet, sweet voice in your ears coaching you through this 5-minute challenge OR you can save the graphic below to your phone, set a timer and get the workout done on your own.

Don’t mind my lazybones dog in the background…I’m obviously very motivating to my canine bestie. *eyeroll*

And there you have it…Day 3 will be in the bag once you’ve done your 5-minutes. Want to challenge yourself? GREAT! String together Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 and you have a great 15-minute workout!
