Join me in this quick 15-minute cardio and strength workout. Think cardio, think strength, think sweat, think muscle-burn and think about how awesome you’ll feel when you’re done! Worried that 15 minutes isn’t enough?! Go through the podcast twice and give yourself a 30-minute sweat sesh, it’s the gift that truly keeps on giving!
