Methinks it’s time for a little, targeted core work! Grab your headphones, phone, water bottle and medicine ball and join me as talk you through a challenging yet fun core workout! 10 minutes, that’s all I want from you today. C’mon…you have ten minutes.
No med ball? No problem! You can use any ball that’s soccer/volley/basketball-sized. The med ball adds weight and a challenge, so if you find this workout too easy, you can easily do it with a dumbbell instead OR…go out and get yourself a med ball. This piece of fitness equipment is great to have around and adds some spicey variety to your at-home workouts!
