It’s time for a little love, don’t you think?! For this workout, I’ve created four blocks of exercises filled with some of the exercises I love the most. Burpees, punching, kicking, oh my! I love it all.
During our 20-minute (22, if I’m being truthful, because there are breaks in there) workout together, I’ll “talk” (aka yell, coach, motivate…whatever word you choose to use to describe the sweet, sweet sound of my voice) a cardio and muscular endurance session that will leave you sweating, laughing (I hope) and feeling strong.
Grab your headphones, water bottle and sweat towel and let’s get to work. No additional equipment is required for this workout, just your body and your drive to work hard. I’ll provide the motivation, music, cueing and hilarity (not really, but some of you like to laugh when you workout, so let’s just pretend I’m sometimes funny, ok?!).
