It’s time to sweat, party people! Grab your water bottle and a towel to soak up that sweat because this workout is going to make you sparkle. Join me for 2, 7.5-minute blocks of exercise. First block we focus on strength and muscular endurance. Second block, it’s all about the cardio and metabolic boost! BAM! Total workout time is about 24 minutes (including warm-up and a short cool-down). Go on…let me talk you through your workout today. It’s quick but effective, just like I know you like ’em!
